How Much Can You Earn?

Typical caregiver earnings on AidMates:

  • Companion Care: $18–$24/hr

  • Daily Living Support: $20–$28/hr

  • Special Needs Support: $22–$35/hr

  • Personal Care (licensed): $25–$40/hr+

    Caregivers set their own prices.

Requirements to Join

All caregivers must:

Be 18 or older

Pass a background check

Have a valid ID

Have reliable transportation (if offering rides)

Complete a safety orientation

Agree to independent contractor terms

Additional requirements depending on services:

  • CNA/HHA/HCA license (for personal care)
